I am so excited to start the school year and meet all of the new first grade students! I have been hard at work setting up the classroom over the past few weeks. There's still more to do, but it will be ready by next week! Here are a few things that I wanted to let you know:
- The orientation and meet/greet will be on 8/29 @ 1:30.
- In the next few days, you should receive a welcome letter from me. Check your mailbox. 😀
- Parents: Please send me an email with your child's daily dismissal plan. It's very important that I know how to send them home each day. Dismissal options are as follows: car pick-up, bus (please provide the bus number), walker, or Kids Stop.

- I update this blog on a weekly basis when school is in session to keep you abreast of what is going on in our classroom. I will send an email when there is a new post so that you can check it out. This is also where I keep the schedule for Mystery Readers/Star of the Week and a classroom wish list.
- The first day of school is September 3!
